Jim Noble, CEO
Jim is widely recognized as one of the world’s thought leaders in achieving worthwhile business results from investments in IT. Jim is the only person to have been voted “CIO of the Year“ in both Europe and North America. In 2012 Jim won CIO Magazine’s award for the innovative use of technology. Jim has advised governments and heads of state on technology strategy, and helps teach the next generation of IT leaders at Columbia University (New York) and the University of Calgary (Haskayne Business School). Jim was also Dean of the IT Academy at General Motors and BP. His book The CIO’s Secret Playbook is scheduled for publication in 2015.

Alan Guibord, President
Alan Guibord has more than 35 years of global IT management experience, and is the Founder and Chairman of The Advisory Council (TAC). TAC’s unique Expertise-as-a-Service® (EaaS™) gives clients access to a wide array of services, tools and workshops designed to help CIOs and IT managers reduce costs, improve productivity, and increase the status of IT in the boardroom. Prior to founding TAC, Alan was President and Chief Executive Officer of Computerworld, International Data Group’s flagship weekly magazine for IT leaders. During his tenure, Computerworld was the only publication in its market to hold top line performance during adverse market conditions and moved from fourth position into second.
Prior to joining Computerworld, Alan was Vice President and CIO at Fort James Corp., an international consumer products company with more than $15 billion in sales, 28,000 employees and more than 60 manufacturing facilities around the world. Previously, Alan was Vice President, Information Technology for RR Donnelley and Sons. He had global responsibility for all IT and telecommunications, and was given the challenge of positioning the company’s infrastructure for high-growth and global expansion. Before joining RR Donnelley and Sons, Alan was Chief Information Officer of PictureTel, Inc. Alan has been a member of several key executive advisory boards, including Oracle and Microsoft. Alan is a frequent speaker on IT leadership, organizational strategy, future trends in IT, and cybersecurity. He published his first book, the IT Leadership Manual, in September 2012 (John Wiley & Sons).
Matthew Roderman, Executive VP, Global Business Development
Matthew Roderman has more than 22 years of software solutions experience which include 9 years at Microsoft. While at Microsoft, Matt held various technical, management and solution sales positions which included selling Microsoft SharePoint, Project, Enterprise Project Management, Office and Visio. In his Microsoft tenure Matt was a guest speaker for Project Management Institute, International Institute for Business Analysis, Association for Manufacturing Excellence, and Process Excellent Week. Matt also worked in the computer-aided design (CAD) industry, at a certified AutoCAD reseller, Softdesk, and Autodesk. Matt’s tenure in the CAD industry enabled him to become certified in various AutoCAD and Softdesk Architectural software releases.
In 2009, Matt founded Tips & Techniques, L.L.C, which is comprised of a network of software experts providing technical demonstrations and presentations to customers who wish to increase productivity from the software they invest in. Today Matt is responsible for overall sales management and activities for TAC International and Cyber Security Integrators.
